The Carfax Journal - November 2021

Across Carfax Education, there is a great sense of community and shared purpose in providing the very best in education, enabling all Carfax pupils to realise their full potential and achieve academic success. The education landscape still looks very different to that which we knew before - but given the current climate, children have remained resilient, eager to learn and continue to achieve their academic ambitions.

Winter term brings some important dates and activities. Applications for UK University courses starting in 2022 is now open (excluding Oxbridge, medicine, veterinary and dentistry courses) and the deadline for submission is 26th January 2022, so there is still time to start working with our Education Consultants to start university next year. UK Oxbridge applicants can expect to begin receiving invitations to interview in November, and interviews will be held from early December. Should you need any interview support and guidance, we will be running an Oxbridge Interview Preparation Day on Saturday 20th November.

In the coming months, we will be offering a bespoke programme of activities designed to provide pupils with a variety of techniques and strategies for successful studies and revision. More information can be found below.
