About Fiona

Fiona was educated at Rugby School and St. Andrew's University, and for the past 30 years has worked in independent education in Australia, the U.K, and the UAE. Her roles in schools have encompassed teaching, marketing, recruiting, alongside running alumni relations. Fiona moved into education consultancy and ran the Middle East business of another firm before joining Carfax. Over the years Fiona has worked with hundreds of families, guiding them to make the best educational choices for their children.

About Sophie

Sophie is a graduate of King’s School, Canterbury, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Bristol. She has extensive experience working as an educational consultant, both in the UAE and the UK, offering advice and support in all aspects of independent education. She says, “Each family is unique and every child different. My aim is to find each child the best educational pathway - from the early years or senior school and university.”

About Eva

Eva came to the United Kingdom as a child, to study at the independent boarding school, Sutton Valance, after which she went up to the University of Edinburgh, where she read for a Master of Arts with Honours in Psychology.
Eva is currently an Education Consultant and the Summer Course Specialist for the Carfax Education Group. During her past 4.5 years at Carfax, Eva has worked with families from all over the world, not only as a client liaison, but offering guidance and support to families and young people, and creating innovative opportunities for individuals and groups to enhance their learning in the UK. Eva is also the China Specialist within Carfax, supporting communications with families from the far east regions.

About Lucy

Lucy read Classics at Oxford, and studied Law at the College of Law in London. She trained as a solicitor in private practice, then worked for several years in HM Revenue & Customs Solicitor’s Office. She also has a Masters in Philosophy from the Open University.

Since moving to the UAE in 2008, she has worked as senior school librarian at a leading Dubai school, and as a Latin tutor. She serves as Schools Liaison for the Oxford and Cambridge Alumni Society UAE.

About Daniele

Daniel (BA, UC Berkeley, MLitt & PhD, St Andrews) is an accomplished education specialist with over a decade of consultancy and lecturing experience. His consultancy specialisation is working with postgraduate applicants.

Although he is also well versed in US and various European educational systems at all levels. As a bona fide educator, he is able to constructively assess the work and input of others and to elicit the most from people intellectually.
