Carfax Educational Projects connects educational institutions with partners abroad, particularly in emerging-markets, who wish to invest in or establish co-operation with leading schools and universities, as well as other educational projects. The company also manages international educational projects that complement these connections, sometimes participating not only by contributing its expertise but by taking equity stakes.

Current and recent projects include establishing a branch of a top London nursery school in central Moscow, helping a client devise a curriculum and teaching materials for an online English language school in the Middle East, setting up an English preparatory school in Russia, advising an overseas client on acquiring a boarding school in England, and assisting a group of investors in founding an international university in one of the Baltic states.
