Mlle. Anfisa Bashkirova – Dame, Oxford
Anfisa looks after the welfare of Carfax's pupils. Besides overseeing accommodation and transport arrangements, and taking care of any medical needs, she is a supportive figure who acts as pupils’ first point of contact on all pastoral and welfare issues. She organizes a wide range of extra-curricular activities for pupils, encouraging them to use their free time enjoyably and productively. Anfisa has experience working in financial services and property management. Outside her work, she enjoys travelling, dancing, and cooking. She is a keen sportswoman, with a particular interest in swimming and badminton.

Miss Amelia Semple – Office Manager, London
Amelia spent much of her childhood in the Middle East, returning to the UK to complete her schooling at Bradfield College, before going up to read for a degree in Management at Oxford Brookes. She worked in the tourist industry in Oman, later returning to Britain to take up a post in Mayfair. She has since relocated to work with Carfax in Oxford. Amelia is responsible for the management of the office, dealing with the administrative needs of pupils and parents. As the AEGIS manager, she acts as the first point of contact for all guardianship enquiries. In addition to her role at Carfax she is currently training as a Child Counsellor, and has a passion for food and cooking.
